Handbook Changelog & Known Issues

Entries are in reverse date order (newest changes at the top). Please e-mail handbook@bcehs.ca for additional details if a change is unclear. What's New content will be removed after 6 months

Iconography change: in response to complaints about shading and colour schemes, CliniCall consultation prompts are moving away from background colours and using icons.  A red telephone (☎️) indicates a required consultation; a thinking face (🤔) indicates a recommended consultation. This change will be rolling out gradually to the guidelines as they are updated.

  • **KNOWN ISSUE** If mobile users are finding the wrong information when attempting to access specific content please attempt the following: Handbook App>Settings>Data and Offline Storage>Clear Content Cache.

  • Medication Alerts and Practice Updates will now be linked to associated changes within the changelog. To view this content on a mobile platform the BCEHS Portal App is required. Please refer to the Intranet for directions on downloading BCEHS Portal App. 
• 2025-07-02 Sorted landing page to place **WHATS NEW** at top. Placed Clinical Pathways higher in sorting list for high usage.
